Membership

GBENN Membership is defined as a specific program organized to support the development and implementation of sustainability practices in businesses for a defined region or state.  Prospective members are required to submit a short application verifying sustainability goals with published mission and vision.  Membership applications will be reviewed and accepted or rejected by the Membership Committee.

By registering as a GBENN member, you will have the ability to participate in a national green business program network, receive their annual report, participate in a national listserv of green business programs and the many other benefits outlined below. To enable your Membership benefits, you may make payment electronically via PayPal or issue a check payable to greenUP! and mail to greenUP!, P.O. Box 40274, Reno, NV 89504. GBENN is fiscally sponsored by greenUP!, a Reno, Nevada 501(c)3 non-profit.

  • $125per year
  • Individual Membership benefits plus:

    • Access to online membership directory and discussion forum
    • Free attendance to GBENN monthly and annual meetings and special sessions (virtual)
    • Access to GBENN working groups and resource library
    • One vote counted in annual membership meeting (vote on annual budget, officers, and events calendar)

  • Non-Profit and Government Agency Membership
  • $500per year
  • Individual benefits plus:

    • Premium listing in membership directory (logo, paragraph description, link to website)
    • Free attendance to GBENN monthly and annual meetings and special sessions (virtual)
    • Access to GBENN studies, plans, reports, and resource library
    • Participate in GBENN working group meetings
    • One vote counted in annual membership meeting (vote on annual budget, officers, and events calendar)

  • Non-Profit/Government Membership PLUS (+)
  • $750per year
  • Non-Profit benefits plus:

    • Green business program mentorship opportunities
